Leadership and Confidence

One of the program’s most transformative effects on participants is increasing their confidence in themselves and their own leadership abilities.

2009 Survey Results*:

New Leadership™ Arizona 2012 Alumni Testimonials:

“I used to fear that I was not strong enough or intelligent enough to get involved with politics to make a difference about the things I care most about. Now I know differently.

"I really am called to be a leader and I have a really wonderful group of women that will be supporting me along the way. I've learned that so much is needed and so much is possible and I feel very inspired to actually do something."
